Another “You Might Need CREED???”

You might recall when I saw these pictures first thing that came into my mind was “You might need CREED!” paying homage to the, “you might be a redneck” jokes of course.  Well you be the judge!

Missed it by a foot?? Why not use electrical boxes?? Maybe they had them left over from the first post?? NOT!!!

I hope your laughing because we were when we saw this!  Believe it or not this sorta stuff really happens.

This is definitely how NOT to do this!  If you see this in your house, a friend’s house or anyone you love’s house PLEASE tell them “You Might Need CREED!”  This has to be an entry into the Darwin awards for home improvement repairs.   I hope you get a laugh out of these and please share these posts with your friends.

On the serious side this type of repair quality can cause the growth of mold which can affect your health.  Doing this job right might have cost another $50 in materials and maybe a few extra hours of labor but what is your life worth?  If you don’t call us please call someone.

Leaky drain and you’re out of duct tape? Why not use electrical tape? NOT!!!!

I hope your laughing because we were when we saw this!  For me it was tears running down the face laughing but believe it or not this sorta stuff really happens.

Insurance Restoration Stories

We can handle fire restoration, mold remediation, and water damage restoration or dry out as it is sometimes called. We will feature from time to time stories that have happened to our customers that we have witnessed etc… The names will be changed to protect the innocent of course!
When naturally occurring event s (storms) happens to you what you need is an organization not a company. I say organization because what you need is a coordinated group of professionals that have been through what you are experiencing numerous times and have been successful in restoring their clients back to where they were before the event happened. When selecting a restoration company if you go with the lowest bidder you will get what you paid for. There will always be someone who will do it for less. It might be the quality that suffers and or the warranty or the that the warranty isn’t there. What you want is to get back to where you were not less than where you were? Right? When it comes down to this decision your insurance company knows how much it will cost to restore it. Insurance companies aren’t notorious for over paying. Look for a contractor that uses Exactimate (if you ask them and they hesitate they don’t use it) Exactimate is a software program designed by State Farm to standardize the cost of restoration work. When your contractor uses Exactimate your insurance adjustor will know the price is right and wont be able to try and low ball the claim amount. Wait that would never happen?? What am I thinking! We hope you never have a need for insurance restoration work but if this unfortunate thing happens to you please give us a call. We will work tirelessly to get you back to where you belong.
