We can handle fire restoration, mold remediation, and water damage restoration or dry out as it is sometimes called. We will feature from time to time stories that have happened to our customers that we have witnessed etc… The names will be changed to protect the innocent of course!
When naturally occurring event s (storms) happens to you what you need is an organization not a company. I say organization because what you need is a coordinated group of professionals that have been through what you are experiencing numerous times and have been successful in restoring their clients back to where they were before the event happened. When selecting a restoration company if you go with the lowest bidder you will get what you paid for. There will always be someone who will do it for less. It might be the quality that suffers and or the warranty or the that the warranty isn’t there. What you want is to get back to where you were not less than where you were? Right? When it comes down to this decision your insurance company knows how much it will cost to restore it. Insurance companies aren’t notorious for over paying. Look for a contractor that uses Exactimate (if you ask them and they hesitate they don’t use it) Exactimate is a software program designed by State Farm to standardize the cost of restoration work. When your contractor uses Exactimate your insurance adjustor will know the price is right and wont be able to try and low ball the claim amount. Wait that would never happen?? What am I thinking! We hope you never have a need for insurance restoration work but if this unfortunate thing happens to you please give us a call. We will work tirelessly to get you back to where you belong.

My company was founded with the help and guidance of many friends and business associates. I thank everyone of you for keeping my business top of mind as you meet people and hear of needs that we can solve. Tony Scelzo founder of Rainmakers marketing group has been a mentor and business coach for over a year now. Recently he mentioned my business in a blog post titled “The fine line you have to walk” which talks about the crowded market place and how our messages need to get through an increasingly complicated filter to reach our customers. The kitchen is the most used room in your home. Everyone gathers there during get a party because thats where the food and drinks are always found. The same reason the family gathers around the kitchen as well. The area between and around your kitchen sink, oven, and stove top is the most used area of the kitchen. Why because all the food preparation is done there. This means the thing called the back splash or the wall between the counter top and the bottom of your cabinets tend to get the most abuse of any walls in your home. Constantly under attack from over spray from the sink or splashes when dishes are placed in it. Or the things that come from the stove top when frying something in a pan or when the sauce bubbles over.
The advise we have is to pick a darker color if your choice is to paint your back splash as it will show stains less. Also at a minimum go with a satin or a semi gloss in your paint choice as this will make the surface easier to scrub over a flat finish paint.
The easiest to clean and maintain will always be to tile the back splash. This makes the seam between the back splash and counter top completely water proof or sealed. Once the grout between the tiles are sealed it is a easy to clean and a very sanitary surface.
Color of tile comes in such a huge variety these days it can be hard to choose. Choose well as this is something you wont want to change often due to the expense mostly. Try picking more neutral colors that accent your cabinets, counter tops and floor colors. Try to think of the stranger that will walk into your kitchen years from now and will be trying to decide if your kitchen could be theirs once they purchase your house. If you like to be bold and love bold colors then do that with the paint you select for your walls as those can be changed with the lease amount of effort.
As always if you dare to dream of your next home improvement projects call on us at CREED Improvements. We can help you from the design process to the completion!

Pergolas by definition cover a patio to provide shade where it wasnt previously available. My company custom built this unit for a client last week.
Check out the shade it provides in the afternoon. (picture #2)

feels about 5 to 10 degrees cooler
This pergola was custom designed by my company and pre-built off site as well as pre-stained offsite. This allowed us to set it up in about 2 days.
We build them super strong (but don’t try this at home) Pic #3

The message we want to convey is that no matter what you call these things… Pergolas, Arbors or a California Roof. They provide great shade and look fantastic while adding major appeal to your landscaping. If we can answer any questions please let us know.
